Ever Read A Book That Was The Push You Needed To Start Something?
Current Read | Little Princes.💫
Dear KuwaysirReadiscovery Loverrr🥰
Leaving Microsoft to change the world by John Wood (a book on an Entrepreneur's Odyssey to Educate the Worlds Children) was one of my best read last year. The book ignited many things in me and changed my view about making impacts, the social impact sector. Came to understand why I do not necessarily have to wait for the big reason to start somethings and how the more I give in to fear, the more I loose my own energy and momentum. It was to put, the push I needed to bring out the best in me by helping the kids in my community and every other kids achieve a valuable state of being.
I remember the rush of emotions I felt reading the book, how I would take a long pause after reading a particular page or incidence, got caught off guard and had to wipe some tears away. Started the book all over again immediately after I finished reading it and when I reviewed the book with my reading partner, I just wouldn't stop talking about how John Wood was able to pull all that!😂
When I came across Little Princes on @epokbooks and realised through the back story that it has to do with children of NEPAL, KATHMANDU! Mahnnn! I knew I was getting the book😂
3 days into Little Princes and I must say I miss reading inspiring stories of service to humanity! Can't wait to do a proper review of this book!
Ever read any book that was the push you ever needed to start something?
