I really think writers, creatives, authors need take it easy on men, Lagos Men especially.

This book is a sub on men generally, and Lagos Men to be precise, so if youβre one, go and buy this book, read, and catch your sub.π
I didnβt fall in love with every story in this book but the oneβs I enjoyed reading, I really had a nice time reading them.
Chapter 3, The Anointed Wife is one of them. I love that it exposed the fact that beyond pastors being men of God, and their wives, partner to a man with a divine calling, they are also human, made of flesh. I admire how Damilare Kuku showcased the fierce energy and the strategy with which βmummy,β pastorβs wife handled the alleged one-night encounter against her husband. I was beaming with smiles all through that chapter. Though different in a way, it brought this Netflix βMan of Godβ vibe innit.

Nearly All the Men in Lagos Are Mad is a relaxing enjoyable read, one that exposes you to the various struggles, trials women, especially those in Lagos are faced with in their journey of becoming βMrs Somebody.β
